Naturally high in dietary fibre and low in digestible
carbohydrates, our organic coconut flour contains no gluten and has
more protein than traditional grain-based flours. How to use
Coconut Flour? Replace coconut flour with other wheat or
grain-based flours in your baking recipes. It’s important to note
however, that coconut flour is highly absorbent and you’ll need
more moisture, to ensure the end product is light and not too
