accredited organic ingredients to produce a bone broth of the
highest quality. Osius blast freeze the broth to ensure that all of
the nutritional goodness is locked in until you are ready to use
it. How to use bone broth This bone broth is not a concentrate so
you can drink it as it, or dilute it if you prefer to make a longer
drink. A nutritionist will be able to advise on the recommended
amount of bone broth for you to take but we usually find that most
people find 100ml per day is sufficient. Please do not use our
advice as a replacement for any medical advice. Our bone broth is
extremely versatile - you can consume it as is, or use it as a
stock, adding it to gravy, casseroles, sauces etc. Simply heat it
through gently until it starts to simmer, let it cool to your
desired temperature and enjoy! Please note that the bone broth is
not seasoned so you can add your preferred seasoning of salt,
pepper, lemon juice, ginger, chilli and so on.
