chemicals. It is cold pressed for a pure and incredibly tasty
flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Made by the Stamatelos family of
Nyssos, Corfu, Greece. About the Producer Wise Tree is a small
family owned business dedicated to sourcing and importing the very
finest first pressing extra virgin olive oils, all traditionally
farmed and naturally made on the beautiful Ionian Island of Corfu.
All our oils are a blend of Corfu’s native Lianolia olive tree,
originally cultivated for the production of the highest quality
oils for the Venetian markets, mixed 20:80 with the Koroneki;
another ancient Greek olive tree variety grown for centuries on
both Corfu and to the east across the Peloponnese.
