of the Vinho Verde, it presents a very fresh, light and young
character. It has a characteristic acidity of the Vinho Verde,
revealing citrus fruits and green apples. It is balanced and has a
refreshing finish. It is suggested as an accompaniment to seafood,
lean grilled fish, white meats and a wide variety of starters,
salads, light and international dishes such as some pastas, pizzas,
sushi, among others. It is recommended to consume between 6-8o.
Like most Vinho Verde wines, it should be drunk young ideally for a
