'Incipio' Red Wine by Doran Vineyards 750ml 14% ABV
Brand: Doran Vineyards
Doran Vineyards Incipio is co-fermented of 15% whole
bunch Chenin Blanc with 85% de-stemmed Shiraz. The juice fermented
naturally and then spent eight weeks on the skins before being
racked unpressed, straight into old 500-litre barrels for 12
months. On the nose, it shows focused and fresh red fruit aromas
with a spicy undertone and some very subtle notes of violet
blossoms. The palate has a creamy texture that lingers with light
touches of peach and honey on the finish. Doran Vineyards is owned
by Irish-born, London based Edwin Doran. His Partner is André
Badenhorst, the South African wine icon. This winery is the home of
