How to use Iglu Sugar-Free Mouth Pain Relief Iglu Sugar-Free Pastilles are suitable for adults, the elderly and children over three years of age. Dissolve one pastille in the mouth every 2 hours. Do not take more than eight pastilles in 24 hours. Do not give to children under three years. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
