Zovirax Cold Sore Cream Tube x 2g Zovirax Cold Sore Cream is for the topical treatment of cold sores (herpes labialis). It is recommended for adults and children at the first sign of a cold sore when you feel the tingling or see a blister to reduce the duration and severity of symptoms. This smooth white cream contains the antiviral ingredient aciclovir and is designed for direct application to the affected area. Apply promptly at the earliest sign of a cold sore for best results. Directions: Adults and children apply 5 times daily for 5 days starting at first sign of a cold sore (blister or tingle stages). If healing has not occurred, continue for a further 5 days.
