wonderful dried Calabrian thyme; 'timo' in Italian. One of the main
and most versatile herbs in Italian cooking, thyme has a strong
aroma and is commonly used in stews, soups, omelettes and meat and
fish dishes. Packed with vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A,
it pairs particularly well with beans, cabbage, aubergines,
tomatoes and potatoes. Traditionally thyme was also used in many
herbal remedies to promote wellness. It was also placed under
