This Celebration Cheese Cake is ideal for between 75
to 100 people. The Avon weighs around 7.5kg and has a great
balance. This cake begins with a Bath Brie as its base, weighing
about 1.2kg. The next layer is 2.5kg of Bath Blue, full of rich and
creamy blue flavour. The next layer is a large whole Wyfe of Bath
at around 2.7kg. We bring it back to the soft with the next two
layers which are made of one Kelston Park soft cheese, around 600g,
and followed by a Bath Soft Cheese at about 250g. The final bit of
height comes from a 250g wedge of Extra Mature Wyfe of Bath laid on
its side to bring the cake to an elegant pointed finish. From £1.93
to £2.57 per person. Your cheese celebration cake will be
dispatched to you disassembled. It will include structure boards to
help form layers. Follow our helpful instructions or go cheese
crazy and use your creativity to assemble it just the way you want.
