The Kelston Mill weighs in at around 11kg, this
cheesecake is perfect for a crowd of between 100 to 150 people. The
base starts with a solid 3kg of a lovely strong Somerset Cheddar. A
whole Bath Brie, 1.2 kg, amakes up the next layer. The next layer
is a cylinder of 2.5kg of Bath Blue cheese. Followed by a large
whole Wyfe of Bath at approximately 2.7kg. One whole Kelston Park
cheese and then three Bath Soft Cheese topped with a wedge of Extra
Mature Wyfe of Bath cheese for added height and elegance. From
£2.80 to £1.87 per person. Your cheese celebration cake will be
dispatched to you disassembled. It will include structure boards to
help form layers. Follow our helpful instructions or go cheese
crazy and use your creativity to assemble it just the way you want.
Please be aware: We will need 5-7 weeks’ notice to prepare this
cheese cake. This is because we don’t make cheeses every week, but
