Using a combination of two fabrics in key areas to protect where needed. Heavyweight close weave mesh is used at the sides to help with airflow and protecting against biting insects. Close weave polyester is used for extra protection over the top-line, and helps block out the sun’s rays with a UPF Rating of +50. The rug features a fully adjustable front closure for a custom fit and the large tri-vent gusset for freedom of movement. This Fieldmasta Combo Fly Rug is perfect to keep those biting insects away in warmer months with a unique neck design to prevent mane rubbing and maximise breathability across the rug. This rug combines a polyester cotton like upper section and heavyweight mesh lower section. The neck has a clever dome style design to prevent mane loss, The unique neck design takes pressure off the mane and increases air circulation, helps prevent the hair follicles becoming starved of oxygen and consequently falling out. Also featuring a mesh section for extra breathability with an elasticated gather at the top of the neck section to enclose the neck element. Designed for comfort, the Fieldmasta Fly Rug is fully adjustable at the chest to fit perfectly to your horse fasten easily with quick clips.
