It will have a maximum of 2 days shelf life when stored in the fridge and the Use By date will be clearly marked.Usage InstructionsTruffles: For best results shallow fry to colour and oven finishTo Colour: Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat, once hot, remove truffles from packaging and add to pan. Carefully roll the truffles in the hot oil until they achieve a consistent golden brown colour. Remove the truffles and place in an oven proof dish and cover with tin foil.To Finish: Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens). Place the tray of truffles in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.Sauce: For best results heat through in hot water. Hot Water: Add the unopened sachet to a cup of freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes or until warmed though. (Take care when removing sachet as both the plastic and the contents will be very hot.) Saucepan: Empty contents of sachet into a small saucepan and heat very gently, stirring continuously.
