This is the first time we have released our Sage & Onion Seitan in a log form. Different from our other logs, these are half the weight at 500g. Our Sage & Onion slices have, since we launched them, been one of our most popular flavours and we are regularly asked when we’re going to release it in log form. So here it is, cuter than our regular 1kg logs, but every bit as good. In fact these have worked out better than we could ever have imagined. The taste is perfect and full. but subtle enough so not overpowering. They are great to chop up into any shape you like and add to a meal, they are even so good that you can eat them straight out of the pack! New 500g Logs Our new 500g seitan logs are roughly the same length as our 1kg logs but the diameter is smaller. They really are cute, once you pick it up you won’t want to put it down!
