Usage InstructionsRECIPE FOR 1 SERVING - Double up for 2!1. If using plant-based chicken breasts or tofu slice them to 1.5cm in thickness. If using vegan cod, simply take the whole fillet.2. Dip the plant based chicken/tofu/fish fillet into whisked egg before pressing all sides onto a plate of panko breadcrumbs.3. In a frying pan, heat up 2tbsp of cooking oil and add the breaded piece. Fry on each side until cooked through and golden on both sides (about 4-5 minutes). Slice into strips.4.
