For the perfect pudding please allow enough cooking and resting time.To steam: Remove all packaging including film. Place in suitable container with lid on. Place in a steam over boiling water, or use a saucepan and place the container on an upturned dish. Add boiling water half way up the container, steam with the lid on for 1 hour, top up boiling water as needed. Do not allow to boil dry.To microwave: Remove product from carton and pierce film. Place on a suitable microwavable container and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Then, leave to stand for a further 2 minutes before serving. Take care when removing the film as the product will be piping hot. Cooking time is based on a 700 watt microwave.
