Preheat your oven to 160°c | 150°c (fan) | gas mark 4.2. Sieve the contents of your free and Easy Carrot Cake mix into a bow!3. Add the oil, milk and egg* and whisk until combined. We'd recommend using an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down the bowl then mixing on high for a further 4 minutes to ensure your cake rises.4. Fold the sachet of dried carrot pieces through the batter until dispersed equally throughout the mixture.5. Spoon or pour the mixture into your prepared cases or tins and bake (for cook times see side of pack, cooking times may vary a little depending on your oven).6. Cool on a wire rack, decorate to your heart's content and dive in!* Alternatively, you can use 140ml Vegetable oil + 115ml Water.
