All Sweet Freedom's ingredient suppliers are BRC or equivalent certified and supply these ingredients as free from all 14 major food allergens. Over and above these measures Sweet Freedom regularly test product batches for allergens, and to reassure you no traces of allergens have ever been found in any of their products.Sweet Freedom's Fruit Syrup and other (non chocolate) Syrups are made in a SALSA accredited factory which does not handle any of the 14 major food allergens. Despite all of the above measures, and although they can legally make free from claims on our packaging, Sweet Freedom do not believe that any food company can 100% guarantee their products to be completely allergen free due to the possibility of human error. Because of this they have recently revised their labels and are removing allergen free claims from their products moving forward voluntarily.
