Thai street food is an exotic, chilli, lemongrass,
cumin and star anise blend ideal for adding some tropical, summery
spice to grilled or roast meat, fish and veggies. Works
exceptionally well with seafood and pork, preferably barbecued with
a glass of wine. Thai street food is an excellent spice mix for
marinading. We love to whisk into rapeseed oil and a splash of
white wine vinegar to make a thick paste, which you can smother all
over your favourite goodies. Marinade for at least an hour, serve
with coriander and lime squeezed over your meal to bring out the
flavours of this exotic, summery spice blend. A lovingly prepared
blend of: paprika, salt, garlic, onion, coriander, lemongrass,
