Put the bread mix, water and 2 spoons of the oil into a large bowl and mix to a thick batter. Drizzle the oil over the sticky batter/dough and turn the mixture a couple of times in the bowl to encourage the formation of a doughy mass. Tip it into the prepared tin. Smooth the top and cover loosely with oiled cling film. Leave in a warm place until the dough has risen to the top of the tin, 45-90 minutes and pre-heat the oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
