Preheat your oven to 160°c | 150°c (fan) | gas mark 4.2. Sieve the contents of your free and Easy Ginger Cake mix into a bow!3. Add the oil, milk and egg (or if you're making a vegan cake, the oil and water) and whisk until combined. We'd recommend using an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping downthe bowl then mixing on high for a further 4 minutes to ensure your cake rises.4. Spoon or pour the mixture into your prepared cases or tins and bake (for cook times see side of pack, cooking times may vary a little depending on your oven).5. Cool on a wire rack, decorate to your heart's content and dive in!TO MAKE THE PERFECT VEGAN CAKE:140ml Vegetable oil + 115ml WaterAdd the oil and water. Prepare as per the other instructions.
