The kitchen roll will actually wick out any moisture from the cheese and keep it nice and firm. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing but it works and the cheeses can last up to 3 weeks like this! You may have to change the kitchen roll if you don’t go through the cheese quick enough but as long as the kitchen roll is dry the cheese will remain firm and fresh. - TheVeganKind Supermarket
