This sealer will provide a clear Satin finish seal coating to protect your driveway from fading, moss, lichen and weed formation. Its penetration comes about by evaporation, Penetrating into the blocks and sand bind the particles of sand and protect the paver face from oil and water infiltration. The sealer prevents moss and weed formation when applied correctly, joints should be re-sanded for optimum results. 100% UVA resistant, great resistance to tyre plucks and resists oil stains and water damage. Maintains performance life of the pavement. Yields significant whole life cost savings and reduces interim maintenance. USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY Suitable for use on block paving, brickwork and concrete. COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS Driveway Cleaner - Everest Trade Ultimate Driveway Cleaner Oil Stain Remover - Everest Trade Oil Stain Remover Efflorescence Remover - Everest Trade Efflorescence and Salts remover SPECIAL PROPERTIES It is easily cleaned and will withstand regular washing. Also resistant to most oils. SPREADING RATE First coat: Approximately5 squaremeters per litre. Second coat: Approximately6 squaremeters per litre. This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the condition of the driveway and amountapplied with each coat. DRYING TIME Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 3 hours. Do not drive on the surface for 24 hours after last coat. APPLICATION Brush, Roller, or Sprayer. Sprayers will provide the best results due to the being less chance of interfering with the sanded joints. Apply two coats thin coats at 5-6 square meters per litre to achieve the best results. Applying the coats in thin fully rolled out coats will prevent any issues and speed up drying times. To achieve a more enhanced finish on the blocks you can apply a third coat. Rollers and brushes are fine for application, be careful when going over joints for best results. The sealer needs to be applied to a bone dry surface to ensure no issues with surface whiteness. The sealer needs to applied in thin even coats to ensure maximum durability and no issues with the coating. We have compatible application tools on our website. Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. Do not apply if there is any chance of rain. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening. Store away from frost. THINNERS Thinners aren't required with this product, use white spirits or proprietarybrush clear for cleaning. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease and there are a couple days of good weather so there is no chance of rain during application.
