PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Everest Trade Paint - Acrylic Exterior Ultimate Barn Paintis a water-based paint for use on wood, concrete, weathered galvanised steel, brick and cladding. Available in a large range of colours, finishes and sizes with custom colour tinting available. Everest Trade Paints Acrylic Ultimate Barn Paint is available in a semi-gloss finish as well as a satinfinish in Black and White. This product is a long lasting water based acrylic paint which is perfectly suitedto provide a protective coating to exterior wooden, metal and concrete claddedbuildings. Everest Trade Paints Acrylic Barn Paint is a flexiblepaint due to its unique acrylic formula allowing the substrate to flex, expand and shrink in changing climates and weather without causing the coating to crack, flake or blister. This product is designed to be a tough, durable and long-lasting paint with excellent colour retention. Everest Trade Paints Acrylic Barn Paint is a tough and highly durable water-based paint that offers excellent colour retention against the effects of UV. can be easily applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer to timber cladding and other products including weathered galvanized steel, concrete and brickwork. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint. Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp. Remove any loose or flaking paint. Bare metals should be primed with the Everest Trade - Ultimate All Acrylic Metal Primer for good adhesion. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES Wood, Metal, Cladding, Concrete, Brickwork, Porous Substrates. COLOURS AVAILABLE Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) Battleship Grey Light Grey (RAL 7047) Oxford Blue Tile Red Dark Brunswick Green Mid Brunswick Green Nut Brown (RAL 8011) Magnolia Black White This product can also be mixed to any BS 4800 and RAL colours. SPREADING RATE (Coverage) Approximately11 - 13 square metres per litre per coat. DRYING TIME Touch Dry: 2-4 hours at 18C Overcoatable: 4 hours at 18C Fully Cured: 1 month at 18C APPLICATION Brush, Roller, or Spray. Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment. Two coats should be applied thinly and evenly to provide maximumprotection. Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening. CLEANER / THINNERS Clean up with warm soapy water. BATCH INFORMATION We recommend ordering all the paint required in one order so you receive the same batch, Ordering on differentdates will result in receiving differentbatches which may result in a shade difference.
