PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Everest Trade - Quick Drying High Build Ultimate Floor Paint is a single pack, quick-drying, low odour floor paint with the option added silica particles* for an effective anti-slip coating. Designed to give a durable, easy clean protective finish to interior concrete floors. Everest Trade Paints new alkyd-based floor paints givegreat durability and impact resistance as opposed to acrylic floor paints which tend to be much less durable. Near polyurethane-based durability with acrylicdrying times! This gives protection against solvent, salt and water damage. especially suited for areas that need low odour or quick-drying paints such as food preparation areas or places that need a now downtime application. Also ideal for garages, kitchens, workshops, industrial areas and agricultural areas. Made in England with Premium Alkyd Resins. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint. Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp. Remove any loose or flaking paint. If bare concrete is being painted it is advised a base coat of "Everest Trade Quick Drying Floor Primer and Sealer" is used to get the best results as the primer will provide a penetratingbase coat for the topcoat to anchor to. Can be easily applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer to all concrete floors, polished orpower floated will need to be etched / scarified prior to application to minimise the chance of delamination. T his paint cannot be applied over oil/solvent based paints, it may react. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES Can be used on standard concrete, metal and wood as well as most other porous substrates. COLOURS AVAILABLE Light Grey, Grey, Dark Grey, Black, White, Magnolia, Classic Cream, Bright Red, Brick Red, Black, Yellow, Blue and Green. As well as all standard RAL and BS colours for orders of 100 litres and over. Click here to view the colour chart. SPREADING RATE (Coverage) Approximately 6 - 8 square metres per litre. DRYING TIME Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 2 - 4 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry. Add 1 hour to drying times of anti-slip variant. APPLICATION Brush, Roller, or Sprayer. Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment. Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening. THINNERS Can be let down with water if needed. Not Recommended.
