Pickled onions made from a time honoured traditional recipe,
crunchy, tangy and great with a ploughmans lunch. Garlic &
Chive Cheddar Truckle 200g - This cheese packs a punch of garlic
which is enhanced by the hint of chive. Smoked Cheddar Truckle 200g
- Naturally smoked with oak and a hint of paprika. Finest Vintage
Cheddar Truckle 200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar
contains calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does

The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother
and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is
made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was
formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful
selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm
produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a
compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the
best way.
