this extra mature cheddar is smooth and full of flavour.
Traditional Applesmoked Cheddar Barrel - A smooth mature cheddar
smoked in our traditional smokehouse using wood chippings from
apple trees. Caramelised Onion Cheddar Barrel - Using caramelised
onion chutney, this sweet but savoury mature cheddar is a popular
choice. Black Pepper Cheddar Barrel - A deliciously creamy cheddar
cheese with a delightful peppery aftertaste. Brewers Choice Cheddar
Barrel - Mature cheddar with yeast extract. Using a small grater
toast some of this delicious cheese onto french bread and float on
top of onion soup. Garden Herbs & Garlic Cheddar Barrel -
Specially selected garden herbs with a twist of garlic makes this

mistaking this cheese as it does exactly what it says on the tin. A
blast of garlic along with the chilli kick are the perfect pair.

the Producer The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run
business by mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln.
The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse
House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family
farm's wonderful selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses.
The farm produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products
to a compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in
the best way.
