This hamper is one of Mouse House's favourite cheese
and chutney combinations. It includes our Red Leicester and Finest
Vintage Truckle, both creamy mature cheddars with a great depth of
flavour. As well as our Caramelised Onion Truckle, which has
caramelised onion chutney incorporated into, introducing a sweeter
note to the cheddar. Our cheeses pair well with both of our
chutneys, whether you prefer the Chilli or the Onion, as well as
our Sea Salted crackers to add that extra crunch. This hamper
includes: Red Leicester Truckle 200g - A rich, creamy red Leicester
truckle, sealed in traditional wax. Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle
200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains calcium
crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does get your taste
buds tingling! Caramelised Onion Cheddar Truckle 200g - A lovely
creamy cheese with a delicious caramelised onion chutney running
through it – heavenly! Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using
only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including
delicious sea salt from Anglesey. Percival's Onion, Chilli &
Orange Chutney 225g - Perfect for those who like a little spice in
their food. With red peppers and oranges, it has a surprisingly
fruity flavour, and the measured addition of Scotch Bonnets leaves
a pleasant residual heat on the tongue. Percival's Onion &
Pineapple Chutney 225g - Combining the sweetness of pineapple with
a delicious tang of onion. A perfect addition to any cheeseboard.

closest product. About the Producer The Mouse House Cheese Company
is a family run business by mother and daughter team Erika and
Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in
Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to
showcase our family farm's wonderful selection of traditional and
contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range of cheddars as well
as range of products to a compliment the cheese in order for you to
enjoy our cheese in the best way.
